Elizabeth Reed, PCC, Certified Mental Fitness Coach
I love helping people reach their health and wellness goals! I'm a certified coach with many years of experience working with clients to transform their bodies and minds. My coach training was with IPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching - and I'm also a Certified Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence. My team and I all graduated from the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Course.
Learning what to eat on a whole food, plant-based diet is an important step on your wellness journey, Learning tools to deal with stress is equally important, and it's my joy and pleasure to help you go plant-based and manage stress!
Sarah Bird, environmental engineer and plant-based lifestyle expert
I've always been passionate about animals and the environment. When I realized that there is an easy way to save animals and the environment, while living your healthiest life at the same time, it became part of my life mission to share that knowledge with others!

I've been plant-based since 2014, and I've accumulated years of valuable tips and tricks for eating vegan at home, while traveling, on a budget, even living in a camper van in Alaska. I always say that the hardest part about being vegan is the mental part - the social situations, the pressure to be perfect, the cravings, etc. That's where our coaching comes in :)
